Class Dates: 2/24/18

Today we spend a lot of our time in our vehicles, whether it’s picking our kids up from school, driving somewhere on vacation or just running to the store.  It’s important to us to teach people how to defend themselves and loved ones when in or around vehicles.  TV portrays cars or trucks as impenetrable structures when in reality that’s just not the case.  In the blink of an eye a vehicle can turn into a bullet magnet or a large metal coffin.  However there are strategic spots to be utilized on them, as well as shooting over and under them can be utilized and be very effective.  This course will teach you how to defend from a vehicle, shoot from inside or into if need be, as well as around or under.  Again we hope that you never face this situation but in an unsure world where anything can happen in the blink of an eye, we want you to be prepared for the worst and hope for the best.  You would rather have it and not need it then to need it and not have it. Topics Covered: Position of your vehicle Using vehicle for cover/concealment Entering/Exiting vehicle Drawing/Re holstering in vehicle Shooting through glass into and out Engaging over/under and around Communicating with other occupants in vehicle 

Items needed:

• Carbine - 300 rounds minimum
• Pistol - 200 rounds minimum (9, 40, 45 only)
• Good quality sling (2 point or single)
• Good quality holster for secondary 3 carbine mags minimum 2 pistol mags minimum
• Kit to carry mags / Mag pouches for all mags (pouches not pockets)
• Clean weapons ready to go
• Weather appropriate clothing (we shoot in the rain) Also be prepared for Physical activity and shooting on the move.
