Class dates: 3/10/18 and 3/11/18

This course covers the skills and fundamentals needed to achieve first round hits out to 800 meters and beyond.  Precision rifle set-up, range estimation, scope adjustment and zeroing, external ballistics and wind effects are just a few of the topics that are covered.  You will also learn about different reticles and their uses, use of data books and much more by our highly qualified instructors.  Target engagements and data collection will be made at both known and unknown distances out past 1000 yards using the techniques covered and depending on the rifle and shooters abilities.

Items needed:

• Precision Rifle – .308 or larger preferred, but 5.56 (77grain) is acceptable.
• Quality scope and rings (minimum 10 power magnification and at least mil-dot reticle)
• Bipod or shooter bag with rifle rest Spotting scope optional.  
• 2 rear shooting bags (Bring two tube socks and air-soft bbs to fill them, we will help you)
• 250 rounds  
• Cleaning kit 
• Calculator Pens and pencils Note taking material
• Quality data book
• Weather appropriate attire (rain etc)
• Eye and ear protection  
• Shooter mat optional  
• Suppressor optional
